I wrote these eight values to be the guiding principles of all of my companies and projects. These values drive how my teams engage with each other, our partners, and our clients.

If you can’t do ‘A’ because you need ‘B’, find a different way. 90% of the time ‘A’ can be accomplished without ‘B’ if you apply ingenuity and creativity.

You are a solution-finder, not an excuse-maker.
